change from Microsoft.XMLHttp/MSXML2.XMLHttp to WinInet API calls

description

For better control especially about the session Wininet API calls could be helpful, the XMLHttp object makes parsing XML responses more easy though. This may solve the logout problem the API now has with the AuthLogout method, as XMLHttp does cache credentials entered in the AuthLogin call. With oAuth support this may play no role anymore, on the other side Wininet functions may also help implementing oAuth protocol.

"Fixed" because it's rejected: Switching to WinInet is not needed. I'll stay with Microsoft.XMLHttp / MsXml2.XmlHttp
